Tradition and technology

The Campus is located adjacent to the Monte Nevado cellars.

This allows access to the curing cellars and a visit to their spectacular environment, as well as learning about the technologies that influence and are applied in the different phases of curing ham. It is possible to arrange a Gastronomic Visit to the cellars.
