{"id":3196,"date":"2026-03-25T12:40:06","date_gmt":"2026-03-25T12:40:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/campusdeljamon.com\/?post_type=mep_events&#038;p=3196"},"modified":"2026-09-15T05:38:15","modified_gmt":"2026-09-15T05:38:15","slug":"knife-cutting-course-11","status":"publish","type":"mep_events","link":"https:\/\/campusdeljamon.com\/en\/agenda\/curso-de-corte-a-cuchillo-11\/","title":{"rendered":"Ham Carving course"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"product\"><div class=\"product\"><h4>Learn to cut ham from a Master.<\/h4>\n<p>Intensive knife cutting course in the Campus del Jam\u00f3n Monte Nevado spread over two days (14 hours in total), through which theoretical and practical knowledge will be acquired on how to cut a piece of ham by hand and its subsequent presentation on a plate and tasting.<\/p>\n<p>On both days, the course will begin at 08:00 AM and end at 15:00 PM.<\/p>\n<h4>What does the course include?<\/h4>\n<p>Theoretical training<\/p>\n<p><strong>Safety and risk prevention.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Basic notions of knife cutting.<\/li>\n<li>Pig breeds.<\/li>\n<li>Quality Standard for Iberian Products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Practical training<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1st Practical Cutting Class (4h.).<\/li>\n<li>2nd Practical Cutting Class (4h.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Visit and tasting<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Guided tour of Campus del Jam\u00f3n and the natural cellars of Monte Nevado.<\/li>\n<li>Monte Nevado product range tasting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Serrano Ham 24<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Registration for a course and reservation of a place<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Registration and payment for any course or event offered will be done through the website campusdeljamon.com.<\/p>\n<p>The data provided by the interested party in this form will be stored in a file belonging to the Campus and will be processed in accordance with the indications stipulated in the current Data Protection Law, in force since May 25, 2018 (see Campus Privacy Policy).<\/p>\n<p>Only those over 18 years of age may enroll in the courses.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cancellation of a reservation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If the course is cancelled by the organization, the full amount (100%) paid by the participant will be refunded.<\/p>\n<p>If the participant communicates the cancellation at least 7 calendar days before the start date of the course, they will be entitled to a refund of 100% of the money paid for the course or reservation.<\/p>\n<p>If the participant communicates their cancellation within 7 calendar days (and before 24 hours) of the start of the course, they will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the money entered as payment for the course or reservation.<\/p>\n<p>If the participant notifies their cancellation within 24 hours before the start of the course, they will not be entitled to any refund of the amount paid.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aprende a cortar jam\u00f3n de la mano de un Maestro.
