Ham: Production process and preparation, Terminology; Parts, attributes and defects
Legislation and standards: PDO, PGI, TSG SAE, IFS, BRC., Legislation and labelling

Registration for a course and reservation of a place
Registration and payment for any course or event offered will be done through the website campusdeljamon.com.
The data provided by the interested party in this form will be stored in a file belonging to the Campus and will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the current Data Protection Law, in force since May 25, 2018 (see Campus Privacy Policy).
Only those over 18 years of age may enroll in the courses.
Cancellation of a reservation
If the course is cancelled by the organization, the full amount (100%) paid by the participant will be refunded.
If the participant communicates the cancellation at least 7 calendar days before the start date of the course, they will be entitled to a refund of 100% of the money paid for the course or reservation.
If the participant communicates their cancellation within 7 calendar days (and before 24 hours) of the start of the course, they will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the money entered as payment for the course or reservation.
If the participant notifies their cancellation within 24 hours before the start of the course, they will not be entitled to any refund of the amount paid.
